Books that I have found very useful, interesting and have been a great help and inspiration to me in the development of miRover.
- 'Intermediate Robot Building' by David Cook.
Very enjoyable read throughout. 5v reg. and IR circuits used. Also includes chapters on body work construction, drilling, machining etc.
- 'Interfacing Pic Microcontrollers' by Martin Bates.
All the examples in this book are run on simulation software. Some good ideas and I found the binary2decimal conversion routines very useful.
- 'Robot Builders Bonanza' 3rd Edition by Gordon McComb & Myke Predko.
Definitely worth a look, full of great ideas and at £16.99 not a bad price. Keep coming back to this book time and again.
- 1001 circuits, a new(8/2011) CD from Elektor magazine, that contains all the summer circuits from 2001 - 2010, which includes the July/August 2007 robot edtion.
